M05
Located in the heart of Tel Aviv’s Old North, this new seven-story residential building comprises 23 apartments and was designed within the framework of the city’s urban zoning plan.
The project reflects a contemporary interpretation of Tel Aviv’s architectural identity, one that values proportion, simplicity, and human-scaled urban living.
The design is guided by a principle of restrained elegance.
A timeless architectural language that balances precision and warmth. Every façade element, opening, and material junction was considered in detail to ensure a coherent architectural expression that feels both refined and naturally embedded in its surroundings.
The building’s aesthetic draws inspiration from Tel Aviv’s modernist and Bauhaus heritage. Subtle references to this architectural legacy are woven into the composition expressed through clean horizontal lines, geometric clarity, and the use of authentic, tactile materials. The exterior combines traditional washed plaster typical of the city’s classic architecture with slender metal details that define edges and openings with quiet precision.
A key design intent was to create a high standard of urban living while maintaining sensitivity to context.
The building’s proportions, rhythm, and material palette were developed to resonate with the scale and atmosphere of the surrounding neighborhood, fostering a sense of continuity within the evolving urban fabric.
