This project involves the demolition of an existing residential building with two entrances, located in the heart of Tel Aviv's sought-after District 4. In its place, a new 8-story residential building will be constructed, offering modern living in a prime urban setting.

Great emphasis has been placed on the quality of planning and architectural design, ensuring that the new structure integrates harmoniously with its surroundings while offering residents a contemporary and refined living experience. Every detail has been carefully considered—from spatial layout and material selection to façade composition and interior finishes—reflecting a deep commitment to design excellence and meticulous execution.
